A local woman known as "The Scholarship Doctor" is helping valley students go to college debt free.
Rhea Watson has helped students win millions of dollars worth of scholarships.
One of those teens is Nijel Murrary.
He has been with the program since he was 14.
He's now 17 and is the creator of Klothes 4 Kids.
He founded the nonprofit after discovering his foster brother didn't have much to wear.
His clothes were either too big or too small
Murray says he would like to open Klothes 4 Kids locations in all 50 states.
