LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — In honor of Black History Month, a Las Vegas Italian ice dessert shop is helping you celebrate in a sweet way.

Chase Corbin, owner of Philly Freeze Me, introduced a new flavor for the month of February called "Taste of Africa."

"T.O.A. is a combination of several flavors," explained Corbin. "The mystery flavor -- which is a secret -- cherry, pineapple and pistachio."

"It's delicious," he said.

Corbin recently opened his second location in the valley and said it wouldn't be possible without their loyal customers.

Since the pandemic, the store has found new ways to upgrade the customer experience by offering delivery service and adding pretzel bites to their menu.

The newest location is on 5625 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Suite D.
