I’m a firm believer that along with pool parties and barbecues, one must also eat ice cream at least once a week all summer long.

To make sure you’re supplied for the season and to celebrate dairy month this June, Prairie Farms is giving away tons of products — including their new small-batch premium ice cream — in their Join Our “MOOvement” Sweepstakes.

A total of 12 winners will each receive a prize package that contains 144 coupons worth a whopping $600!

First things first: To be eligible to win this Prairie Farms sweepstakes, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Illinois, Indiana, Eastern Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Eastern Missouri, Western Ohio, Tennessee or Wisconsin.

To enter the sweepstakes, visit Prairie Farms’ website and follow the links and instructions now through June 30.

Random drawings will take place in July, and each drawing will select four winners until a total of 12 are selected.

The prize package includes coupons for free cheese, milk, yogurt, sour cream, iced coffee, butter, ice cream and more. Prairie Farms products may not be available in all areas, but there are no substitutions if you can’t find a specific product.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. There is a limit of one entry per person. The total approximate retail value of all the prizes is $21,600.

You can read the official rules on the Prairie Farms website to make sure you qualify.

For those who don’t win the sweepstakes, Prairie Farms has more than a dozen coupons on their website that will still save you some cash on their products. You’ll find coupons for many of the same items in the prize package, including, of course, ice cream!

You can also find tons of recipes using their products like bacon carbonara pasta, banana chocolate chip muffins and Aztec salted caramel hot chocolate.
