Unicorn Grilled Cheese from Fiddlestix at Gold Spike will be serving the rainbow-inspired cheesy treat at special pricing all day long! On April 12 grilled cheese seekers can enjoy Fiddlestix' signature offering for under $5 all day (normally $11).

All American Classic – Michael Mina's PUB 1842 specializes in American pub fare and one of the most delectable grilled cheeses found on The Strip. Beer lovers who order “Michael’s Tomato Soup” are treated to the eponymous soup accompanied by the real star of the show: melted, oozy cheese smattered between eye-catching rye bread.
