LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Here is a list of a few Easter specials and events happening around town in the Las Vegas area.

Adult Easter Egg Hunt II - April 21
Las Vegas Adults Unite to prove that Easter isn't only for kids. Experience a one of a kind event with the Las Vegas Adult Easter Egg Hunt. Sorry Kids, this is an Adult Only,

The second Annual Event will be held on Sunday, April 21 2019 at Acacia Park in Henderson Nevada.

Registration begins at 3 p..m. with Craft Stations and Giant Games. The main event – and actual Adult Easter Egg Hunt will officially kick off at 3:30 p.m. with over 100 eggs and tons of amazing prizes that include: Cheba Hut Certificate,

A $100 Italian Ristorante Gift Card, Las Vegas Aces Swag, Las Vegas Lights Swag, Adult and Easter Themed Items, and many more will be offered.

There will be a food truck on hand for your picnic needs, grab your lawn chairs and blankets and get ready for an amazing outdoor community event, with plenty of photo opportunities including a visit from the Easter Bunny.

Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa
MRKT will offer a special meal on Friday, April 19 through Sunday, April 21 for $48. The Easter menu will feature Colorado lamb T-bone, tiger prawn brochette, spring-herbed orzo and terrine primavera. To end the meal, diners can enjoy Meyer lemon and basil sorbet.

Bistro 57’s Easter special will be offered on Friday, April 19 through Sunday, April 21 and features a three-course dinner for $42, starting with a burrata and Panzanella salad. For the main course, Bistro 57 will serve seafood pesto on capellini. A spring fruit tart will be served for dessert.

FARM will serve a pineapple brown sugar ham dinner on Easter weekend (Friday, April 19 through Sunday, April 21) for $12.99. The special includes honey-roasted spring carrots and asparagus.

Medley Buffet will offer Easter specials on Sunday, April 21 from 8 a.m. to close, featuring hand-carved Prime rib, roasted leg of lamb, mustard-crusted pork tenderloin and more. The buffet price is $19.99 with a B Connected card or $24.99 without a B Connected card.

Applebee's
On Easter Sunday, families who dine-in at their local Applebee’s restaurant on Sunday, April 21 will receive two free kids’ meals with the purchase of each adult entrée. Children 12 years and under can choose from a variety of a delicious entrées from Applebee’s Kids’ Menu, accompanied by their choice of a side dish, and juice, milk or chocolate milk.

Cafe is offering a three-course meal including choice of soup or salad, baked ham or stuffed pork loin and a berry cobbler for $13.99.

Bass Pro Shops
Families are invited to celebrate Easter at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s this spring by enjoying FREE photos with the Easter Bunny, crafts for the kids and an old-fashioned Easter egg hunt. Plus, kids can eat free at all Bass Pro Shops signature restaurants while the Easter Bunny is in town.

It’s all in the family at Buddy V’s Family Brunch on Easter Sunday. From 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., families can enjoy an elegant spread of brunch favorites for just $39.95 per person. They will also be serving bottomless libations such as sangria, mimosa, bellini, beers and wine by the glass for $14.95. Guests can also craft their own bloody mary or Caesar with unlimited refilled and a souvenir glass for $16.95.

The price of the buffet without a players card is $18.99. Easter buffet specials include hand-carved Prime rib roast, herb and garlic roasted leg of lamb, carved ham with brown sugar and mustard glaze, steamed clams and mussels and more. Carmine's at The Forum Shops
Carmine’s will serve a roasted rack of lamb with olive and sun-dried tomatoes and a red wine reduction complemented by oven roasted seasonal vegetables. The dish,served family-style, feeds 4-6 people. $99.95.

Returning for the holiday is the favorite Easter Bread. The buttery brioche baked with a hardboiled egg inside will be a special addition to Carmine’s bread basket.

Celo at SLS Las Vegas
Cleo at SLS Las Vegas® will host a very special Easter brunch. The award-winning restaurant invites guests to celebrate the spring holiday by enjoying a menu of seasonally-inspired fare served buffet-style from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., when a live jazz band will perform.

The $55 buffet menu includes bottomless champagne, mimosas and bloody marys, while for an additional $30 per person, revelers can upgrade to bottomless Dom Pérignon. The family-friendly brunch allows children ages three to 10 to dine for $10.

Cipriani Las Vegas
No-bunny is doing Easter like Cipriani! Join us for a four-course, prix fixe menu priced at $95 per person plus tax and gratuity. Courses options include Insalata Pasqualina, carpaccio “alla Cipriani,” egg ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, risotto with asparagus, slow roasted lamb shoulder and filet of branzino. For dessert, guests can indulge in “Colomba Pasquale” (Italian sweet bread) or a chocolate egg shell with white chocolate mousse and raspberries.

Cowabunga Bay
Easter Celebration: Cowabunga Bay is celebrating Easter with egg hunts, DJ Spalding, face painting, balloon animals (Noon-4pm) and photos with the Easter bunny (1 - 3pm at the Kid’s Cove). Special coupons are available at La Bonita for $19.99 admission.

For Easter, Morton Group’s CRUSH located inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, will serve the Peep Show cocktail, a vibrant libation with a play on the swanky Vegas vibe. The springtime cocktail offers a sweet, refreshing taste, mixed with a tantalizing blend of Ketel One Citroen, St. Germain, lemon juice, simple syrup, blueberry pomegranate juice, splash of champagne and garnished with a Peep, priced at $15.

Eastside Cannery Casino and Hotel
Snaps is serving up an Easter ham with rum raisin sauce for $10.99 on Sunday, April 21. The special includes hand-carved ham topped with rum raisin sauce, served with candied yams, green bean almondine and a crisp house salad.

Eldorado Casino
Guests can enjoy a delicious Easter special at Mary’s Diner from 11 a.m. to close, including sweet baked ham with black cherry sauce, buttery mashed potatoes, root vegetables, the choice of soup or salad, and a slice of fruit pie for $10.99.

Eggstravaganza at Whitney Park
Commissioner Jim Gibson is teaming up with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, Clark County’s Parks and Recreation and other community partners to host the 5th Annual “Easter Eggstravaganza” on April 19 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Whitney Park, 5712 Missouri Ave. just west of Boulder Highway.

This free, family-friendly event will feature egg hunts for children ages 2 to 12 along with face painting, candy, train rides, a bike give away, and a variety of carnival games.

Ethel M Chocolates - April 13 -14 & 20 -21
Stop by Ethel M Chocolates' factory for sweet treats and fun this April. Between food trucks, face painting, a bounce house, and photos with the Easter bunny, don't miss out on Ethel M Chocolates' annual Spring Spectacular event kicking off from April 13-14 and 20-21, from 1pm - 5pm. This time of year their dark chocolate peanut butter eggs and other springtime chocolates fly off the shelves! Bring the whole family and come see for yourselves.

Flour & Barley - Brick Oven Pizza
Flour & Barley will be offering the “Hanging with my Peeps” pizza; Mushroom Pizza topped with two marshmallow peeps for $19. The pizza will be available from April 16 through 22.

Fremont Hotel and Casino
Paradise Buffet will offer a special Easter holiday menu on Sunday, April 21 $18.99 with a B Connected card or $19.99 without a B Connected card. The Easter buffet will feature a variety of brunch favorites like champagne, eggs benedict, omelets made-to-order and more from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. For lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy Prime rib, baked Virginia ham, pork loin rosemary Dijon, leg of lamb and more from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Paradise Café is serving up a yummy Easter special for $16.99 from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Diners can choose from the following entrée selections: glazed Virginia ham served with baked yams; grilled salmon served with shrimp scampi and rice pilaf; and grilled lamb chops served with garlic mashed potatoes. All specials come with green beans amandine and a trip to the soup and salad bar. A slice of coconut custard, pumpkin, cherry, apple, chocolate cream or banana cream pie will be served for dessert.

Galleria at Sunset - March 30 - April 21
Galleria at Sunset is the place to be for all things spring 2019.

United Blood Services Drive
Galleria at Sunset will host United Blood Services on March 10 in the Lower Level Kohl’s Court. Help make an impact by donating blood at this life-saving event.

MDA Fill The Boot
In partnership with Clark County Fire Department, Henderson Fire and the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Galleria at Sunset will host the annual Fill the Boot donation drive to help raise money for kids suffering from Muscular Dystrophy. On March 16, April 6 and/or April 13, stop by during regular Galleria hours to make a donation and help raise money for a great organization.

Family Festival
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on March 24 and 25, Galleria at Sunset will host educational and informational vendors offering free samples, prizes and giveaways, along with plenty of kid-friendly activities including crafts, games and interactive events designed to entertain, delight and educate. For moms, vendors selling, sampling and demonstrating hundreds of products and services focused on enhancing women’s lives will be on site.

Spring Fashion Show
On March 30, Galleria at Sunset will showcase the latest spring, summer and Prom fashions from leading retailers during its Spring Fashion Shows in the lower level Center Court at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Presented by Galleria at Sunset and benefitting National Charity League (Green Valley Chapter) featuring styles by local stylist Christy Love.

Participating retailers include: Attic Salt, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dillard’s, G by Guess, Icing by Claire’s, Kohl’s, Payless, Regis Salon, Skechers, Studio M Salon, Windsor and more.

Easter Bunny arrival
The Center Court at Galleria at Sunset will be hopping on April 5 at 10 a.m. with the official arrival of the Easter Bunny. The first 100 kids – ages eight and younger – visiting the Easter Bunny can receive a free gift while supplies last.

Easter Bunny Photos
Galleria guests can stop by the Center Court through April 20 for visits and photos with the Easter Bunny. Pricing and hours are available at Guest Services.

On April 7 from 9 to 11 a.m., in partnership with Autism Speaks, Galleria will host a private sensory event with the Easter Bunny for families with special needs. Reservations are required.

Family Egg Hunts
On April 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Galleria at Sunset and Sunny 106.5 will host free family activities and egg hunts throughout the shopping center.

Gold Coast Hotel and Casino
Cornerstone will serve a scrumptious Easter dinner menu from 5 p.m. to close for $45. For starters, guests can choose from a soup du jour or dinner salad. The main entrée features the choice of braised lamb shanks served with root vegetables and couscous. Diners can also choose a lemon herb baked orange roughy served with Safran rice and citrus butter sauce. For dessert, guests can enjoy white chocolate cranberry bread pudding with vanilla custard sauce. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Hash House A Go Go
In addition to the regular menu offerings of twisted farm favorites, spring into Hash House a Go Go for an Easter Sunday feast with something for every bunny.

Easter specials include:

· Cinnamon roll pancake – Hash House’s famous buttermilk flapjack, covered in cinnamon and sugar and topped with a cream cheese frosting ($9.99)

· Griddled Ham Steak Dinner – 10 oz. griddled ham steak served on top of garlic mashed potatoes, served with spring veggies and a side of peach chutney ($13.99)

Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas
Hop on down to Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas this Easter to enjoy a feast of holiday-inspired fare. To celebrate, the iconic beer hall and garden will offer up a bounty of traditional Bavarian menu items served alongside its world-famous assortment of beers imported directly from Munich.

Honey Salt
Easter just went coastal at Honey Salt as they serve up a Lobster Benedict with butter-poached lobster, grilled asparagus, meyer lemon béarnaise sauce and English muffin for $23. A special and sweet Carrot Cake Milkshake for just $8 will also be served. Add a shot of bourbon for $4.

Hoppin Down the Bonnie Trail
Clark County Commission Chairman Marilyn Kirkpatrick is partnering with staff at the Robert E. “Bob” Price Recreation Center to host the annual “Hoppin’ Down the Bonnie Trail” egg hunt on April 13 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside the center at 2050 Bonnie Lane.

House of Blues Las Vegas
Take your Easter celebration to a new level at House of Blues and save your seat for the world-famouse Gospel Brunch. With two seatings at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., guests will enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring chicken and waffles, omelets made to order, peel and eat shrimp on ice, scrambled eggs, buttermilk biscuits and sawmill gravy, assorted danishes, muffins croissants and so much more. Local talent will perform traditional and contemporary Gospel songs with high-energy to get the crowd on their feet and twisting their napkins around! Tickets are just $54.50 per person.

Court Café will offer an Easter special for $10.99 from 11 a.m. to close. The dining special includes sweet baked ham with black cherry sauce, buttery mashed potatoes, root vegetables, the choice of soup or salad, and a slice of fruit pie.

La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas
Celebrate Easter at La Cave with an extravagant butler-style brunch with tableside eats from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 21. Priced at $49 per adult and $28 per child, families and friends can gather around the table, enjoying unlimited brunch favorites, with more than a dozen options to choose from. Lakeside at Wynn Las Vegas
On Easter Sunday, Jazz Brunch at Lakeside will feature their prix fixe menu in addition to an array of Eater-themed desserts. Guests will enjoy live Dixieland Jazz while dining on chilled Alaskan king crab legs and oysters on the half shell along with Chef David Walzog’s sweet and savory brunch specialties like crab cake eggs Benedict and char-grilled flat iron steak frites. Complete the meal with bunny-shaped milk and white chocolate lollipops, decorative egg and bunny sugar cookies as well as chocolate-dipped marshmallow Peeps.

Caring Bunny: Sunday, April 7 from 8-11 a.m.
The Caring Bunny provides an exclusive, subdued and welcoming environment for children with special needs and their families. Photos will be taken and available for purchase at this event, located near Simon Guest Services.

Disney Junior Play Date: Saturday, April 13 from 12-2 p.m.

Enjoy sing-a-longs, crafts and other fun activities based on Disney Junior Music. All attendees will have a chance to win a $50 Shopping Spree from the Disney Store at Las Vegas South Premium Outlet, and the first 100 attendees will receive exclusive character cards.

Lawry’s The Prime Rib Las Vegas
Scrambling for an Easter Brunch reservation? Look no further than Lawry’s The Prime Rib! From noon to 3 p.m., Lawry’s will serve an a la carte brunch menu featuring appetizers such as French onion soup and burrata cheese with heirloom tomatoes. Entrees include a smoked salmon benedict, Lawry’s famous prime rib, lobster pot pie, Steak Diane and roasted jidori chicken. Guests can also enjoy classic brunch cocktails like a peach bellini, mimosas and Bloody Marys.

M Resort
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Easter at Studio B Buffet wiith a curated Seafood buffet featuring a chilled shellfish bar, chilled and steamed snow crab legs, creamy lobster bisque and grilled lemon and garlic lobster tails from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Diners looking for a more traditional breakfast experience can enjoy house-made pastries, traditional and Mexican eggs benedict and complimentary espressos, cappuccinos, Bloody Mary’s and mimosas, as well as made-to-order omelets from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Throughout the day, guests can savor an assortment of all-new Easter items such as roasted apricot and spinach leg of lamb roulade, mandarin orange and balsamic glazed ham, roasted rosemary and garlic salt crusted prime rib of beef and a whole roasted crispy lechon pig, as well as Vegan and Indian inspired dishes. Complimenting the savory selection of Easter dishes, Studio B will also be offering complimentary champagne, beer and wine all day long. To finish the meal, diners can choose from a variety of desserts created by M Resort’s award-winning pastry chefs along with several different flavors of gelato.

Studio B Buffet will be open on Sunday, April 21 from 9 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Pricing is $49.99 for adults and $33.99 for children ages three to eight years old.

MB Steak
Inside Hard Rock Hotel-Casino, Brothers David Morton and Michael Morton’s luxury steakhouse, MB Steak, will honor Passover by cooking up a savory dinner prepared by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, served for all eight nights. MB Steak’s Passover special will be a braised brisket, served with roasted carrots, marble potatoes and horseradish gremolata, priced at $42. The luxury steakhouse recommends pairing Parcel 41 North Coast Merlot with the mouthwatering meal.

Momofuku
Famous for its large-format, family-style offerings, Momofuku is perfect for groups looking to savor some of the best food in Vegas. The Bo Ssäm features slow-roasted pork shoulder with oysters, rice, bibb lettuce, kimchi, hoisin, Ssäm sauce, ginger scallion sauce and fresh herbs.

Easily one of the most beloved items on the menu, the Pork Belly Buns feature mouth-watering pork belly inside individual buns, topped with hoisin sauce, scallions and cucumbers.

Dinner guests can also order the Grilled Pork Chop, a colossal dish featuring crispy yam, horseradish and watercress. Big enough for sharing, though you may not want to (and we won’t judge!).

MGM Resorts
Those looking to celebrate Easter can indulge in food and drink specials, holiday menus and events at the following MGM Resorts restaurants and lounges: Eataly Las Vegas, Cravings Buffet, TENDER Steakhouse, Luxor Buffet, and The Buffet at Excalibur.

Morels Steakhouse and Bistro
Grab your peeps and head to Morels for a delicious Easter brunch buffet. Children eight and under eat free with the purchase of an adult entree from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will be able to take photos with the Easter Bunny from noon to 2 p.m. A special Peep mimosa will also be available for $15.

Palm Mortuaries and Cemeteries
Palm Mortuaries and Cemeteries will host its 34th annual Easter Sunrise Service in honor of Resurrection Day at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, April 21, at Palm Eastern cemetery, located at 7600 South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas. Residents and visitors are invited to celebrate Easter with a spiritually uplifting, interdenominational outdoor service. Members of the media are welcome to attend and cover the event.

The free, family-friendly event will feature an inspirational message, a ceremonial release of doves, live musical selections from the Desert Chorale, Larry Walker and various local artists, complimentary continental breakfast, and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.

Pancho's Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Summerlin
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant will celebrate Easter with a festive champagne brunch from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Brunch selections include the Huevos Divorciados, two eggs cooked over-medium with a beef enchilada, priced at $17.95; and Omleta Cancun, an omelet filled with sautéed shrimp, served with Pancho’s special green rice and black beans, priced at $20.95. With the purchase of an entrée, guests will be offered complimentary champagne during brunch hours.

PBR Rock Bar & Grill
The rock bar will feature a full menu of brunch classics and inventive selections including lemon ricotta pancakes, stuffed French toast, crab cake eggs benedict and more. Day drinking options will also include mimosas, champagne, Bloody Mary’s, sangria and more.

PKWY Tavern - April 20 & 21
Guests are invited to hop over to PKWY Tivoli and PKWY District for a mouth-watering Easter brunch featuring bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary’s while enjoying live music from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Rampart Casino in Summerlin
Rampart Buffet
All-Day Easter Buffet available from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. with breakfast items served until 3 p.m. $18.99 with Rampart Rewards, $21.99 without card. Children ages four-seven are half-price and three and under are free. Passover Buffet available 4-9 p.m. April 19 (featuring Seafood and Crab Legs $26.99 with Rampart Rewards, $29.99 without card) and April 20 ($21.99 with Rampart Rewards, $25.99 without card)

Passover Buffet will feature matzo ball soup, smoked whitefish, assorted salads, potato knishes, stuffed cabbage, tzimmes, corned beef, rugelach and desserts like cheese blintzes, bread pudding, honey cake, macaroons and more.

Hawthorn Grill
Easter Brunch seatings at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. $58 per adult and $28 per child. Children five and under are free. The Easter Bunny and Easter egg hunts will be held at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Three-Course Pre-fixe Easter Dinner Menu served 5-10 p.m. $59 per person plus tax.

Remedy's and Distill
Locals’ favorite neighborhood bar is cooking up a traditional feast for Easter Sunday for just $12.95 and is available from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. at all Distill and Remedy’s locations.
Honey-glazed ham with homemade mashed potatoes, brown sugar and thyme-roasted carrots and a choice of soup or salad.

Ri Ra Las Vegas Dining Listing

As Easter approaches, Robert Irvine’s Public House begins to roll out the specials. On Easter Sunday, guests can enjoy a special Easter Dinner featuring a fresh spring pea soup (crispy ham and baby green, $7), sweet apricot glazed ham (honey roasted carrots, herb roasted root vegetables, julienne potato casserole, $28), and a delicious carrot cake with cream cheese frosting ($6) to finish off the night. Firelight Buffet will offer a special Easter holiday menu on Sunday, April 21, featuring unlimited sparkling wine, mimosas and bellinis. The Easter buffet specials will be available from 8 a.m. to close for $18.99 with a B Connected card. The Easter buffet will feature hand-carved Prime rib, herb-roasted leg of lamb, brown sugar baked ham, Easter baskets with colored eggs and more.

Shiraz Las Vegas
The hunt for a delicious Easter brunch buffet is over. Head to Shiraz and enjoy an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet for $25 per person from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. A live omelette station will be available as well as made-to-order falafels. Pair your meal with mango mimosas and fruit chaat sangria as well.

Easter Sunday (April 21, 2019), Siegel’s 1941 located inside the historic El Cortez Hotel & Casino will serve a special three-course menu from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The meal begins with a choice between a tossed green salad or roasted carrot soup followed by glazed Smithfield Ham with au gratin potatoes & spring vegetables. Dessert includes a choice of a slice of chocolate ganache or cheesecake. $19.95 with player’s card, $24.94 without.

Henderson's Served has announced their menu of specials for Easter Sunday on April 21 and true to form, Chef Matt Meyer has come up with some very creative brunch twists to the classic holiday flavors. He's even included a nod to another religious tradition with a noodle kugel bread pudding, inspired by a classic Jewish recipe. And last but definitely not least, for dessert he enlisted the help of his friends nearby at the Mad Batter Cafe to create an impressive twist on a favorite they are calling the Madbury Egg.

St. Jude's Ranch for Children Easter Egg Hunt - April 20
The Boulder City campus will host its annual Community Easter Egg Hunt the day before Easter. The event, sponsored by Simply Divas & Dames LVSC, will be a fun-filled day of entertainment, egg hunts (ages 1-14), prizes, a raffle, snacks and drinks, music by DJ Needles and DJ Suave, lawn games, and, of course, the Easter Bunny.

Children entered into the egg hunts will have the chance to find eggs filled with prizes and candy as well as a golden egg in each age bracket with a cash prize.

For some of the children who live on campus, this will be the first time they have experienced the egg hunt tradition.

Start the meal with a creamy Boursin potato leek soup or a salad with sundried tomatoes, olives, red onions and roasted-garlic ranch dressing. For the main entrees, diners can choose a grilled filet mignon and brown sugar Bar-BQ shrimp served with whipped potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and Madeira wine sauce for $48; the New Zealand lamb rack served with potato chive cakes, fresh seasonal vegetables and a port wine demi glaze for $46; or a pistachio-crusted Alaskan halibut served with red potato slices, julienne vegetables and lemon beurre blanc and red wine reduction for $44. St. Tropez Buffet will offer a special Easter holiday menu on Sunday, April 21, featuring sparkling wine and mimosas. Brunch will be hosted from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. and the holiday dinner offerings will be served from 4 p.m. to close for $18.99 with a B Connected card.

On Easter Sunday, Du-par’s will be serving a special, three-course holiday menu for $18.99. The menu will feature the choice of a house garden salad or a cup of soup for starters; panko-crusted chicken breast on a bed of sautéed spinach and mushrooms served with roasted red potatoes, vegetable medley and fresh-baked dinner rolls for the main entrée; and a slice of cream pie for dessert.

The Orleans Hotel and Casino
Prime Rib Loft is offering a special Easter menu, featuring a special three-course dinner menu from 5 p.m. to close for $36 per person. Guests will have the option to choose one of two starter options, including bruschetta with the choice of soup or salad, or a kale salad. For the main entrée, Prime Rib Loft will serve Salmon in Phyllo with scallop mousse and mushroom duxelle wrapped in Greek Phyllo dough over saffron-vanilla beurre blanc and green beans. To finish off the meal, guests can enjoy carrot cake cheesecake.

Copper Whisk Café will serve a delectable three-course Easter menu for $18 from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. The main entrée features grilled New Zealand baby lamb chops, served with potato pancake, lamb au jus and seasonal vegetables. Guests can end their meal with a fresh fruit tart. Diners can also add a soup or salad to their meal for $2.50.

Big Al’s Oyster Bar will serve a tasty seafood Easter special on Sunday, April 21 from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. for $24. The Easter special will include the choice of a cup of Boston or Manhattan clam chowder, or a dinner salad. The main course features stuffed pancetta-wrapped shrimp with seafood mousse stuffing, rice pilaf and citrus butter sauce. Diners will also be served a 15-oz. draft beer.

The Palm Restaurant
For one day only, The Palm Las Vegas will serve its Slow-Roasted Aged Prime Rib with a rosemary and garlic crust. Available in a 12-ounce cut ($45) and an impressive 16-ounce cut ($48), The Palm’s Easter Prime Rib is immaculately tenderized through a 35-day aging process before being served with a side of au jus, horseradish sour cream, and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus.

Top of the World restaurant at The STRAT
Top of the World will celebrate Easter with brunch in the clouds from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Top of the World will offer several main courses that will be accompanied by a brunch buffet. Main course selections include: Crab and prawn Louie salad, buttermilk fried chicken, oyster Rockefeller, surf and turf gumbo, butter poached filet mignon and seared farm eggs, avocado toast or crab cakes benedict, and more.
