KTNV 13 Action News is helping the Public Education Foundation, the Distance Learning Task Force and the Clark County School District raise money to connect students who might otherwise be left behind.
For the next two weeks from June 1 to June 15, we are holding a Chromebook Virtual Drive to help raise funds to buy Chromebooks for CCSD students.
The Distance Learning Task Force says for the upcoming school year, 72,000 students will need Chromebooks.
Without these Chromebooks, the educational playing field will not be level. These students will not have the technological resources to keep up with others who do.
