Most Americans will agree home cooking is one of the activities getting us all through quarantine.

Impossible Foods, maker of the award-winning plant-based meat, just announced its flagship product the Impossible Burger - is now rolling out to 777 Albertsons Companies supermarkets in California, Nevada and the greater Chicago area.

This includes Albertsons, Jewel-Osco, Pavilions, Safeway and Vons stores.

Demand for Impossible Burger has been skyrocketing during this time and it’s no surprise as it can replace ground beef from cows in every recipe -- from lasagna to chili, on the BBQ or in the slow cooker.

The product will be available fresh or frozen. The burger comes in a 12-ounce package and is priced between $8.99 and $9.99 at retailers.
