The Restaurant Hospitality Institute (RHI) has forged a special partnership with Jimmy Vigilante and JVC Food Safety Specialists to offer reopening restaurants a series of COVID-19 retraining courses.

Designed to offer restaurant staffs (and other food & beverage workers) a standardized response to the pandemic, the new courses were created after extensive safety and sanitation research by Steele, Vigilante and their teams.

Building on the existing RHI state approved curriculum and Vigilante’s unparalled experience as a food safety consultant, the streamlined mini-courses are designed to get industry workers back on the job understanding and executing absolute best practices.

The new courses include:

- Health & Sanitation, Customer-Facing

- COVID-19 Hospitality & Guest Retention

- COVID-19 Delivery Service Standards

- Risk Assessment & HACCP Development

RHI and JVC have already begun offering the courses to local Las Vegas restaurant staffs and pledge to work with as many teams as possible.
