UPDATE AT 3 P.M. A leaky roof at an apartment complex near Green Valley Parkway and Warm Springs couldn't handle all the rain on Wednesday. A resident sent 13 Action News video of water pouring from the ceiling. Management for the apartment complex said they would repair as soon as possible and provide another place for the tenants to stay.
UPDATE AT 11:25 A.M. The rain has mostly left the valley. However. a flash flood warning is still in effect for the southeastern part of the valley until 11:45 a.m.
Minor damage has been reported around the valley, including a tree that fell on a home near Warm Springs Road and Valle Verde.
"I walked into my bedroom and I have water pouring through the ceiling," says homeowner, Ginger McGraw. "I had pine cones everywhere."

UPDATE AT 9:20 A.M. McCarran International Airport says that some arriving flights may be delayed because of the storm. They are advising passengers etc. to check to see if their flight is delayed.
