Hooters is celebrating National Chicken Wing Day early by offering $1 wings to guests from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. July 27. They are also introducing the new Smoked Wings, which are traditional bone-in wings that are marinated overnight and then smoked low and slow over hickory chips.
