Pop music icon Britney Spears invited several children serviced by the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation backstage to present the foundation with a check for $200,000.
Throughout her time performing at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, $1 of every ticket purchased was donated to NCCF. Spears hopes to raise $1 million for the foundation to build a new permanent facility.
Spears will also host the Britney Spears Piece of Me Charity Ride on Thursday, Oct. 27 at XCYCLE. With all proceeds benefiting NCCF, the event offers participants an exclusive seat to ride with their favorite pop star during a specially choreographed class featuring songs hand-picked by Spears herself.
