According to Merriam-Webster, "lepo" was one of the most searched terms in the dictionary during the second presidential debate on Sunday.
The term lepo (as in, "What's a lepo?") is meaningless. Users browsing Merriam-Webster were likely searching for Aleppo, one of Syria's largest cities and the epicenter of the Syrian civil war.
Note that more people are looking up 'lepo-' (as in, "what's a lepo?") than 'Aleppo'. #debate https://t.co/SvAqKWp3bz
