UPDATE: The woman has been identified as 46-year-old Paula Kerry Sterben of Henderson.
ORIGINAL STORY:
A woman was found dead behind a shopping center Sunday night.
Officers found her body at Green Valley Parkway and Pebble Road.
Investigators said she appeared to have died of a possible medical episode. She was 46 years old.
The coroner will work to determine her identity and cause of death.
