A valley woman is recovering after she was bit by a neighbor's pit bull Monday evening near Cimarron Road and Alta Drive.
"Very mad and very sad," said the victim's husband, who didn't want to be identified. "I've lived in this house about 7 years, no problem."
We're told the woman was walking down the street when the dog attacked. 13 Action News obtained pictures of the woman's injured arms. Her husband says she underwent surgery and is expected to make a full recovery.

The dog owner's told 13 Action News they own several pit bulls. They aren't sure how the dog got loose.
Meanwhile, some nearby residents are concerned about another potential attack. A neighbor said he saw the pit bull loose on the street the day before the attack.
