8:34 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire and Rescue are responding to a 2-alarm house fire near Eastern Avenue and St. Louis Avenue. Two houses caught fire from two burning palm trees. Firefighters are currently on scene.
7 P.M.
Las Vegas police said both children have been transported to the hospital after two near drownings.
One was in the 1500 block of Chambolle Court, near Anasazi Drive and Far Hills Avenue, where a 11-month-old was reported as not breathing. The fire department gave instructions for CPR and the baby was revived before transported to Summerlin Pediatrics.
The second involved a boy, either 2 or 3 years old, in the 2000 block of Bay Hill Drive, near Sahara Avenue and Fort Apache Road. The boy was revived on scene before he was transported to Summerlin Pediatrics. Abuse and Neglect are investigating as this was at a large party involving more than 50 people.
6:35 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue reports they have responded to two drownings of children under 4 years old within 15 minutes. However, the fire department did not specify conditions of the children nor where in the city of Las Vegas the incidents occurred.

5:55 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue said four adults and four children were displaced in the Sunrise Avenue apartment fire.
5:30 P.M.
No injuries were reported in an apartment fire at 2208 Sunrise Avenue, near Fremont Street and Eastern Avenue, according to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue. The cause is unknown.
2:40 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue respond to fire on parking deck for Bank of America at 300 4th St. LVFR says a vehicle caught fire. 2 other vehicles also damaged. No injuries reported.
NOON
Las Vegas police are investigating an incident where a caller says a man came out of his residence with a gun and reportedly shot at either a car or another home in a cul-de-sac in the 800 block of Brescia Drive, near Fort Apache Road and Charleston Boulevard. At this time, there are no known victims. Police have not contacted the man suspected of shooting yet.
11:50 A.M.
Clark County Fire Department and Mercy Air took a woman out of the area of Mary Jane Trail on Mount Charleston after she began to complain of heart problems. Las Vegas police were initially called but the Clark County Fire Department was able to walk in to the woman.
6:15 A.M.
Police are looking for someone who tried to break into a car in a Bank of America parking lot near Summerlin Parkway and Town Center Drive.
5:30 A.M.
A home caught fire again, and crews say it's the second time in 2 days.
The first fire was believed to have started by fireworks. The second fire is under investigation.

1:45 A.M.
Fire in vacant house near F Street and Jefferson. The one-story house was fully involved when the fire department arrived. It took approximately 15 minutes to put out fire. Damage estimated at $75,000. Cause unknown. Possibly started by squatters.
