The NHL’s Edmonton Oilers
Price tag: $455 million

Your own Disneyland
Price tag: $150 million

Chicago’s John Hancock Center
Price tag: $256 million, estimated
If you won the Powerball and were interested in buying a bit of office space, the iconic John Hancock Center in Chicago is likely the best you could afford.
