13 Action News came across a 3-car crash near Charleston and Decatur boulevards.
In addition, there was a multi-car crash blocking lanes of U.S. 95 near Eastern Avenue. It was eventually determined a cement truck went through the sound wall, causing lane closures for much of the day.
It also resulted in 19th Street between Marlin and Elm being closed until further notice.
