Las Vegas police responded to a report of a man shot in the chest in southwest Las Vegas late Thursday night.
Authorities located a man with a gunshot wound in a shopping center near Jones Boulevard and Robindale Road.
The victim was transported to the hospital in unknown condition with a suspect not in custody, according to police.
A witness told 13 Action News that some sort of a verbal argument occurred in the parking lot that escalated into a fight.
Officers did not release any further immediate information about the incident.
