JCPENNEY HOLIDAY HIRING EVENT -- OCT. 16
JCPenney will be hiring 200 seasonal associates for a variety of store positions. The company will be hosting its second annual National Hiring Day event in stores nationwide from 2-8 p.m. During the event, management will be holding in-person interviews and making employment offers to qualified candidates.
BEST BUY -- OCT. 17
Best Buy is getting ready for the holidays by hiring thousands of people. The company will host a national holiday hiring fair on Oct. 17 at all its stores. People looking for a fun and rewarding job, or just looking for extra cash can apply in-person or online for jobs ranging from sales, customer service, merchandising to inventory. Interviews will take place the same day. Apply between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Best Buy offers a flexible schedule, competitive wages, 401k eligibility and an employee discount.
BASS PRO SHOPS HOLIDAY HIRING EVENT -- OCT. 18
Bass Pro Shops is also looking to fill several dozen seasonal positions in the Las Vegas valley. These positions will be available in retail, contact centers, distribution centers, and others. The retailer will hold its National Hiring Event with on-site interviews conducted during normal business hours.
MACY'S HOLIDAY HIRING EVENT -- OCT. 18
Macy’s is hiring full-time and part-time seasonal colleagues to serve customers in-stores during the 2018 holiday shopping season. Macy’s will be hosting its annual hiring event from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at its Meadows location. Candidates interested in open positions are encouraged to submit an application online prior to the hiring event.
KOHL'S SEASONAL HIRING DAY -- OCT. 26 & 27
Kohl’s intends to hire 90,000 seasonal associates across its more than 1,100+ stores, nine distribution centers, five e-commerce fulfillment centers, and credit centers nationwide. Kohl’s has a variety of positions available for interested candidates. Hiring needs are determined on an individual store basis and may vary by location. Kohl’s will hold hiring events at select stores across the country.
