Vandals have targeted a new valley restaurant just hours after its soft opening Wednesday.
The owner of Meraki Greek Grill said the restaurant near Rainbow Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue was broken into. A note was posted on the door indicating what had happened.
The business was closed Thursday to make repairs to reopen Friday.
The owner says the thieves took items that can easily be replaced.
