UPDATE ON FEB. 14: Roger Brown made his first appearance in a Clark County courtroom on Tuesday morning.
Brown is facing several charges including first-degree kidnapping, sexual conduct between school employee and pupil, use of minor in producing pornography and use of minor as subject of sexual portrayal in a performance.
The Clark County School District has confirmed they are in the process of dismissing Brown from his position at Arbor View.
Bail has been set for $1.5 million for the athletic director.
UPDATE ON FEB. 10: According to the arrest report for Roger Brown, he attempted to lure a student into taking nearly naked photos to be shown to female students.
The student told police that he initially approached Brown about making some money by selling weed. Brown told him that he had many side businesses that the student might be interested in.
In a later conversation, Brown told the students that he would show photographs of boys posing in boxers to girls who would pay to see them. He explained how it worked and told Brown that the girls would pay more for photographs that featured boys with little clothing.
The student was expected to text the photos to Brown and he would show the photos to the girls in his office at the school. He would then supposedly delete the photographs.
The student said Brown told him that he had at least one guy that was already providing photos and that he was looking for more. He also told the student that some of the girls in the school are "freaks."
Brown denied during an interview that he has ever asked any student to pose for photographs and send them to him.
