It appears that the committee that handles relocation of teams within the NFL will recommend the Oakland Raiders move to Las Vegas to NFL owners. The decision was made during a meeting of the committee in Florida.

The league requires that 24 of the 32 owners approve the move. The meeting of the owners is scheduled later this month.
It was announced on Monday that Bank of America is stepping up to finance the proposed stadium.
A meeting between the Las Vegas Stadium Authority and Oakland Raiders is expected to happen on Thursday at the Clark County Government Center. The meeting is primarily for informational purposes.
